RESIDENTS in Moretonhampstead are being invited to attend the parish council’s annual parish meeting next month.

The meeting will take place on Saturday, April 4 from 10am to 12pm at Moretonhampstead Community Club.

Organisers say the event gives people living in Moretonhampstead the chance to hear updates from councillors and raise issues affecting the local community.

‘Your views help shape the decisions the parish council makes on your behalf’, a spokesperson for the council said.

There will be refreshments available, namely coffee and cake.

Moretonhampstead Parish Council is the first tier of local government and the one closest to the community, serving Moretonhampstead’s residents, businesses and visitors.
