A BUCKFASTLEIGH man denies charges of assaulting a woman at a holiday park and having a ‘Rambo style knife’.

Danny Morgan, aged 23, of Market Close, appeared before South and West Devon Magistrates’ Court.

He pleaded not guilty to two charges of assaulting a woman by beating at the Finlake Holiday Park. He also denied damaging a TV, table and items at a holiday park lodge.

He denied having 1.56 grammes of cannabis at the Chudleigh holiday park and making threats to the woman.

He pleaded not guilty to causing £849 of damage to an iPhone belonging to the woman and also denied he had a ‘Rambo style knife’ while at the holiday park. He was remanded in custody until November 15 for a trial date to be set.
