An expanding company wants to relocate to the new commercial and industrial units due to be built alongside the Morrisons supermarket and occupy the whole of one of three blocks.

It would be a big boost to the economy of the town, with the promise of extra jobs and investment.

If the deal comes off, other similar businesses could be lured to the resort.
