FIREFIGHTERS dashed to Trinity School in Teignmouth in the early hours of this morning after a fire broke out in a classroom.

Two engines from the seaside town responded to the 999 shout in Buckeridge Road at 2.25am.

Upon arrival the emergency service discovered a fire involving a computer tower in a classroom on the ground floor.

A fire spokesman said: ‘The tower was removed to open air. The cause is believed to be accidental.’
