TEIGNMOUTH Golf Club ladies have enjoyed another couple of busy weeks on and off of the course.

Kate Creber was the winner of the Gold Foundation brooch on May 28 with 38 points. Rosie Arnold meanwhile won the medal on June 4 with an impressive nett 70.

Vicki Holloway (gross 93), Surya Patterson (nett 72) and Miranda Hruby (nett 73) are the Vets scratch, Vets handicap and Venerable Vets champions respectively.

Liz Tough & Rosie Arnold and Liza Sullivan & Freya Wright will all receive gifts from Ping from their 4BBB Stableford exploits, the former duo winning with 39 points, ahead of the latter, on 38.

This week, the ladies celebrated their lady President's Day with Lesley Cunningham (fourth from left). 46 ladies took part in Lesley's golf day, & the sun certainly shone on the righteous. Well done to all who took part, in particular Anita Meyrick (sixth from left), the overall winner with 40 points.

To round off a brilliant day, the ladies gathered with a celebratory Pimms for the presentations including a delighted array of winners of the various categories including (L to R). Sue Irving, Jane Wayman, Anne Whitaker, Chrissie Cornish, Amanda Coleridge, Vicky Holloway, Ros Hearn, Surya Patterson, Myff Crouch, Jan Waring & Lorraine Avery.
