THE Teignmouth Post is doing its bit to try to attract more shoppers into the town centre.We are ­printing this Teignmouth Needs You poster, inspired by the famous first world war recruiting logo, and inviting traders and businesses to use it as a window display.The promotion is the brainwave of Mike Jackman, chairman of the Teignmouth Traders' Association, who said traders needed all the help they could get after a tough winter.'It has been a dire time for many traders because of the appalling weather that kept many people indoors, and the closure of the railway line. 'We want to get the message out that the town needs the support of locals and day trippers.
