CONSTRUCTION has today, Wednesday, September 13, begun on a new youth shelter in Bovey Tracey.

Bovey Tracey Town Council have been working with Bovey Tracey Youth Cafe, Devon and Cornwall Police, local district and county councillors and the Almshouse Trust to secure funding for the shelter, which will be erected in Mill Marsh Park.

The shelter will be located between the Skate Park and the Scout building.
