A DAWLISH man has denied two charges of assault by beating.
Harry Robert Norman, aged 33, of Carlton Terrace, has pleaded not guilty to assaulting a man at Dawlish Warren Station by beating on March 21.
He has denied another assault by beating charge on March 28 in Torquay on another man.
He further denies two charges of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to another.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court granted him unconditional bail to appear before the court for a trial on October 31.
