DRIVERS heading southbound on the A38 can expect delays this morning, Friday, February 27, due to a broken down vehicle.

The A380 is partially blocked at Telegraph Hill due to the incident, which was first reported just before 9am.

Traffic is moving slow on the approach to the Haldon Grill turn-off.
