RECORDS have been broken tonight at Newton Abbot Racecourse, with all 91 ballot boxes being returned in an impressive 45 minutes.

The first box - from Newton Abbot’s Albany Surgery - was brought in around 15 minutes after polling stations closed across the country at 10pm.
