WOULD you publish the attached picture to try and identify the young rider?

It was taken by me near Newton Abbot, circa 1960.

I was a photographer with the old South Devon Journal.

It would be very interesting for the child’s relatives to see it after 70-odd years?

I don’t think copyright would be a problem now?
