A FAST-FOOD eatery in Newton Abbot has re-opened after extensive refurbishment work.

McDonald’s Newton Abbot, which is located near Penn Inn Roundabout, welcomed back customers today [Wednesday, June 1] following refurbishment work.

The refurbishment included: a new dining area, kitchen layout, a separate McDelivery courier area and new fittings and fixtures.

To celebrate the re-opening the store is giving away some limited edition McDonald’s merchandise.

Five of the longest serving team members helped to reopen the store and between them they have more than 100 years service for McDonald’s.
