A MAN who admitted three charges of making an indecent photograph of a child hasbeen committed to the Crown Court for sentencing.
Thomas David Geoghegan, of Severine Close Grove, Acocks Green, Birminhgham, indicatedguilty pleas to three separate charges that at Kenton he made an indecent image of a child.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court committed him for sentencing at Exeter Crown Court on April 5.
He was ordered to register with the police in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act 2003 until the case has been dealt with.
Geoghegan also admitted producing three cannabis plants in Kenton in September 2021 and he was also committed to Exeter Crown Court for sentencing on April 5.
He was granted unconditional bail.
