A NEWTON Abbot man has admitted breaching his bail conditions.

Stuart Cross, 75, of Ashburton Road, was arrested on June 8 at Newton Abbot for breaking a bail condition, namely a tagging order imposed by Exeter Crown Court on the same day.

Magistrates re-admitted him on conditional bail until a hearing at the Crown Court scheduled for August 3. 

Bail conditions prohibit Cross to contact a named individual, to enter a specific area of Torquay and to reside and sleep at a care home in Ashburton.
