BUCKFASTLEIGH residents are being invited to meet their local police team at a community drop-in event aimed at strengthening engagement and addressing local concerns.

The ‘Talk with your Local Police Team’ session will take place at Buckfastleigh Town Hall from 11am to 12pm on Monday, July 6.

Officers will be on hand to speak with residents about crime, antisocial behaviour, and wider community safety issues, as well as to offer practical advice on crime prevention and personal safety.

The event provides an opportunity for people to raise concerns directly with officers and share information about issues affecting their neighbourhoods.

Those unable to attend are reminded that reports can be made at any time via the police website.

Police have cautioned that, while the session is scheduled to go ahead, it may be cancelled at short notice due to operational demands.
