LAST week Teignmouth and Dawlish Police crossed paths with a tortoise while conducting their duties, this week it was a somewhat larger animal.

While on patrol for shoplifters at the Sainsbury's in Dawlish, officers were greeted by Bryher, the 30-year-old horse.
