HANNAHS at Seale-Hayne was stuck in the past when it hosted a 1920s Secret Speakeasy Ball raising more than £10,000.

Nearly 200 people attended the event dressed in their glamorous outfits to be entertained by a band with dancers and also to take part in an auction.

Fundraising manager Emily Severn said: ‘A huge thank you to all the supporters who attended and supported this year’s Hannahs Ball.

‘Every pound raised on the evening will help us to ensure Hannahs can continue to enrich, empower and advocate the lives of children and adults with disabilities.’
