POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a teenage cyclist was hit by a car in Kingsteignton.
Officers investigating the collision on Newton Road, which occurred at around 5.30pm on Saturday, November 1, say it involved a teenage boy riding a bicycle and a car.
Reportedly, the boy was knocked off his bike, going over the bonnet and landing in the road.
The car left the scene.
The boy, who is believed to be 13-years-old, was checked over for minor injuries at the scene, Devon & Cornwall Police say.
A spokesperson for the force said: ‘Enquiries remain ongoing in relation to his incident.
