DUE to the emergency services dealing with an incident between Exeter St David's and Newton Abbot all lines are closed, Great Western Railway has announced.
The announcement was made just before 4pm today, Tuesday, August 29.
Train services running through these stations will be delayed or revised.
Disruption is expected until 17:30.
