INCREASED admission numbers mean that a Teignmouth junior and nursery school needs more classrooms.
The former Inverteign at Mill Lane, now part of the Teignmouth Community School academy and catering for children aged from two to 11, has applied for planning permission to build two extra classrooms.
The catchment area of the school, on the northern outskirts of the town, is the third most deprived in Devon.
