THE CASE of an Ashburton man accused of speeding has been adjourned.
Philip Davies, 55, of North Street, is charged with driving a Mercedes on the A14 at Bythorn at a speed in excess of 70mph on July 3 2021.
The court heard the recorded speed was 82 mph.
Magistrates adjourned the case to October 24.
