A DRINK-driver from Newton Abbot has been banned for 14 months.
Alicja Ziolkiewicz, aged 25, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty to driving while over the drink-drive limit.
She gave a breath test reading of 50 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The limit is 35 mcgs.
She was was found guilty by South and West Devon Magistrates’ Court.
The ban could be reduced by 14 weeks on completion of a course.
Ziolkiewicz was also fined £300 and ordered to pay £775 to the Crown Prosecution Service and told to pay £34 to fund Victim Services.
