THERE is just a week left to help us shape the future direction of the fire service in Devon.

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service has begun work on its strategic plan for the next five years.

As such, Devon residents are being asked to help by telling the Service how they think it should be using its resources.

And there is only a week to go, with the consultation ending on April 9.

The Service has launched a survey to find out what people’s views are, with comments, alongside incident data and risk analysis, helping to inform the draft plan before it goes out for further consultation.

The survey is anonymous and will take around ten minutes to complete.
