A MOTORIST was injured when her car flipped over in a Coffinswell lane on Friday afternoon.
The woman suffered leg and chest injuries in the accident in Willow Park Lane just after 1.30pm.
The casualty was driving her Ivybridge-registered Peugeot 207 down the lane when a van approached from the other direction.
A collision was avoided, but her vehicle ended up on its side.
She was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken by ambulance to Torbay Hospital for a check-up.
Her injuries were said to be ‘not serious.’
