A MOTORCYCLIST has been taken to hospital this afternoon (Monday, April 27) following a collision on the A382 near Lustleigh.

Police were notified at around 12pm to reports of a collision between a van and a motorcyclist near Kelly Cross, Lustleigh.

Emergency services attended the area and the road was closed.

The motorcyclist was taken to hospital.

Injuries are unknown but not believed to be life-threatening, Devon and Cornwall Police have said.

The road has since re-opened.
