Firefighters had to cut a man free from a car after a crash in Bovey Tracey yesterday evening (Thursday).
Crews from Ashburton and Bovey Tracey attended the collision just after 5pm.
A Fire Control spokesperson said: ‘Crews arrived on scene along with the police and ambulance services.
‘Crews stabilised one vehicle using stabfast equipment, and used hydraulic rescue gear and small tools to extricate one male casualty.
‘The casualty was taken into the car of the ambulance service, and crews made the vehicles and scene safe.’
