A YELLOW warning of rain has been issued covering Teignbridge until tomorrow morning (Friday).

The Met Office warning is for the whole of Devon and the South West until 9am.

A spokesperson said: ‘A band of rain will move east across southwest England later today and overnight, with further heavy rain affecting the west of the warning area into Friday morning.

‘20-30 mm of rain falling widely, with 50 mm in places and as much as 80 mm over the southern slopes of Dartmoor.’
