A KINGSTEIGNTON woman has denied a drink-drive charge.

Joanne Scammell, aged 55, of Fouracre Way, has pleaded not guilty to the charge that she drove in Kingsteignton and gave a reading of 87mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.

South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case until April 4 for a trial.
