I noted the above named article on page 3 of this week's Teignmouth Post that someone wanted to rename their house Mo Dhachaioch – which Cllr Bladon thought sounded Indian.
My search of the internet comes up with the similar Mo Dhachaid (can also be spelled 'd(h)achaigh).Not Indian at all but Scottish Gaelic. So what does it mean? quite simply My Home.
