TO mark the Great Big Green Week, a series of events are taking place in Bovey Tracey.

On Saturday, September 24,  from 10.30am at Make South West (formerly the Riverside Mill) there will be a Big Green badges workshop – all materials provided – everyone is welcome.

Next Friday, September 29 at the Bovey Paradiso centre of the arts there is a display, the ‘Our Green World Exhibition’.

On Sunday, October 2 they will be showing the film The Ants & the Grasshopper (cert 12A). Travelling from Malawi to California, Anita meets climate sceptics and challenges their views.

This free event, sponsored by Bovey Tracey Town Council, is happening at the Riverside Centre in Station Road. Light refreshments will be available.
