TEIGNMOUTH'S traditional Easter fair has been cancelled because the Den is completely waterlogged.

The green never had a chance to recover from the September Muse gigs after extremely wet winter weather left it saturated.

Heavy fair vehicles and rides would have simply sunk into the mud, churning up the Den for the rest of the summer.
