TEIGNMOUTH'S town centre manager has quit half-way through her three-year contract.
Emma Kay, 28, whose remit also covered Dawlish, is leaving to take up a job with the National Trust, and now the hunt is on to find a replacement.
She was appointed by a community interest company, and the chairman, Pete Cross, said they would be seeking funding to extend the new appointment to two years to make it a more attractive position.
