LITTER louts are being warned they face an on-the-spot fine of £75 for failing to clear up their mess and rubbish.
The message comes after the remains of what appeared to be a beach party were discovered at The Point, Teignmouth.
Abandoned chairs, empty cans and bottles and even a duvet were discarded, littering the beach as well as what looks to be a bonfire.
Jogger James Chivers discovered the 'disgusting' debris while on a morning run and captured the scene on camera (left).
Mr Chivers said: 'It was disgusting, the worst I've ever seen it.
'They had purloined chairs from somewhere and there were a couple of duvets and about 20 cans and bottles.'
