THE public can vote for their favourite pictures to take pride of place on charity Christmas cards.
More than 20 artists have agreed to support The Helen Foundation, which supports youngsters trying to make their way in the arts world, by submitting designs for this year’s festive card.
All the designs will be on display at a TAAG centre exhibition from tomorow until Friday, October 16.
Helen Foundation chairman Roger Kirk said: ‘We are grateful to Michelle Greenwood-Brown, who organised the exhibition, and all the Teignbridge-based artists who have so generously offered work for display.
Teignbridge has a lively arts community and its support of the charity is truly heartening.
‘The two designs finally selected by public vote will be turned into cards and offered for sale by the charity this year.
‘Cards are sent across the world.’
TWO of the pictures on display: Low Tide, by John Skinner, and Snow on Ideford Common, by Maureen Fayle.
