A NEWTON Abbot man has been banned from attending Plymouth Argyle football matches for three years by magistrates.
Dylan, Matthew Yardley, aged 20, of Courtney Street, Newton Abbot, admitted using threatening, abusive words or behaviour in Plymouth on November 27, 2021. The Football Banning Order prevents him from attending any Plymouth Argyle matches, home or away, and any England National team matches.
South and West Devon Magistrates’ Court also fined him £300 and he must pay a £42 victim services surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
