Teignbridge's motorists will have four road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
And one of them is expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing a holdup of between 10 and 30 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that four closures are due to start over the next two weeks:
• A38, from 8pm June 9 to 5am June 10, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 both directions J31 to J30 - lane closure for barriers repair.
• A38, from 8pm June 10 to 6am June 11, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 eastbound, Goodstone exit slip closure for barrier repairs, diversion via - A38 to Drumbridges and Old A38 for Bickington.
• A30, from 8pm June 16 to 6am July 3, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A38 northbound, from Wobbly Wheel to M5, junction 30 including A30 eastbound, from Alphington to M5, junction 31 closed for resurfacing, diversion for A38/ M5 via A379, A3015 to junction 30, diversion for A30 via B3123, A379, A3015 to junction 30.
• A38, from 8pm June 23 to 4am June 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 eastbound, Harcombe - lane closure for barrier/fence safety repairs.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
