Teignbridge's motorists will have eight road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
But the news isn't too bad, with all of them only expected to cause slight delays, of less than 10 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:
• A38, from 7pm November 13 to 6am December 6, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 eastbound, Linhay to Goodstone lane closure closure for 3rd party (E and JW Glendinning Ltd) for, junction decommissioning works.
And a further seven closures will begin over the next two weeks:
• A30, from 8pm November 24 to 6am November 25, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 eastbound, Cheriton Cross exit slip road closure for electrical works, diversion via A30 eastbound to Alphington and return.
• A38, from 8pm November 24 to 6am November 26, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 both directions Drum Bridges to Chudleigh Station, lane closure for drainage works.
• A30, from 8pm November 25 to 4am November 26, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 both directions Alphington to Fingle Glen - lane closure for barrier/fence safety repairs.
• A30, from 8pm November 26 to 4am November 27, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 eastbound, Whiddon Down to Woodleigh - lane closure for barrier/fence safety repairs.
• A38, from 7am November 29 to 4pm November 30, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Kennford - lane closure for inspection works.
• A38, from 8pm December 3 to 4am December 4, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Splatford Split to Haldon Hill - lane closure for barrier/fence safety repairs.
• A38, from 8pm December 5 to 4am December 6, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Pearces Hill to Kennford - lane closure for barrier/fence safety repairs.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
