STAFF at Teignmouth Lido have been praised for helping a swimmer who suffered a seizure while in the pool.
The incident happened at the open air pool.
The swimmer was pulled from the water after suffering the seizure in the pool and was then given CPR.
Paramedics were called the scene and the swimmer was taken to hospital.
It is understood the swimmer has since been discharged from hospital and is recovering at home.
The pool staff have been widely praised for their quick response to the incident.
