STORM Amy will bring a period of strong and gusty winds to Devon on Saturday.
The Met Office are forecasting gusts of between 45 and 55mph, with gusts of up to 65mph in some places.
As such, the Exeter-based forecaster has issued a yellow weather warning.
It comes into force on Saturday and last until 7pm.
What should I expect?
• Possibly some bus and train services affected, with some journeys taking longer;
• It’s likely that some coastal routes, sea fronts and coastal communities will be affected by spray and/or large waves;
• Some short term loss of power and other services is possible;
• Delays for high-sided vehicles on exposed routes and bridges likely;
• Some delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport are possible.
