A DRIVER has been banned for six months after he was caught driving at more than 50mph on the A380 South Devon Link near Newton Abbot.

Adam Juliusz Domyslawski, aged 48, of Watts Road, St Judes, Plymouth, pleaded guilty to driving at more than 50 mph in a BMW on the A380 where 50mph and 40mph limits were in place.

South and West Devon Magistrates' Court gave him three penalty points on his licence and banned him for six months saying: ‘Disqualification obligatory due to repeat offending.’

He was also fined £80 and ordered to pay costs of £90 and £32 to fund victim services.
