A TEIGNMOUTH man has successfully opposed an application for a sexual risk order to be imposed on him.

Mark Storey, aged 51, of Inver Teign Heights, appeared before South and West Devon Magistrates' Court where he opposed the application for the order.

The application was withdrawn.
