A TEIGNMOUTH woman has been sent for trial accused of entering a house, stealing items and subjecting a man inside to threats of violence.
Lucy Hanks, 34, of Talbot Court, Bitton Park Road, is charged jointly with Zahi Fakih, of stealing three cartons of orange juice, a bottle of Lucozade, mobile phone, leather wallet containing bank cards and cash, a watch, two bottles of Methodone, two necklaces and one ring from an address in Ogwell.
The offence is alleged to have involved subjecting a person in the property with threats of violence.
Hanks, who pleaded not guilty, was remanded in custody by magistrates and sent for trial at Exeter Crown Court.
