Angry residents at a select housing development in Teignmouth face a bill of tens of thousands of pounds to complete road and landscape works which should have been done by the developer.

Owners of 30 homes at Fair Oaks, St Luke's and Grace Gardens – built on the old St Luke's School site, Exeter Road – may have to fork out up to £8,000 each to get the work done privately.
