COASTGUARD rescue teams responded to three separate incidents along the South Devon coast over the weekend, including reports of a person cut off by the tide at Teignmouth.
The first call-out came late on May 22 when Dawlish Coastguard, working alongside the RNLI, searched for a struggling rower near Teignmouth.
After an extensive search of the area, nothing was found and both teams were stood down.
On May 24, coastguard rescue officers were sent to Starcross following concerns over a jet ski.
One craft was found under tow and all riders were confirmed safe.
Later that evening, teams were called to Teignmouth after reports of a person trapped by the rising tide.
Rescue officers heard shouts for help on arrival and guided the casualty safely back to dry land.
