DEVON & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service have two 'have a go' days coming up in the not too distant future.

The sessions are an opportunity for persons with an interest in the profession to get a glimpse at what life is like as an on-call firefighter.

'If you are interested in joining us as an on-call firefighter and would like to attend one of the sessions, fill out the express your interest form on our website and you will be invited to attend' a spokesman for Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said.

There is a session at Brixham on August 5, and another at Totnes on September 2.
