A TEIGNMOUTH-based not-for-profit organisation, Horsemanship for Health, was awarded the quality award by the chairman of Teignbridge Council, Cllr Richard Keeling, at a ceremony in the Great Hall of Old Forde House.
The group offer equine-facilitated education and therapeutic horsemanship workshops, to promote lifelong learning and healthy personal development for people of diverse ages and social backgrounds.
It has a professional team with a wealth of horse experience, and backgrounds in farming, education, therapeutic horsemanship and psychological therapy.
