POLICE are urging the public to help identify graffiti vandals who are defacing buildings and other structures in Teignmouth and Bishopsteignton.

They believe people could recognise their distinctive 'tags', which are being sprayed across the area.

And a group of volunteers is trying to rub out the scrawlings as soon as they appear.
