Counting had begun at Newton Abbot Racecourse for the Teignbridge wards in the Devon County Council elections.
Things are a little different than normal with plastic screens separating tellers from candidates and the normal liveliness that accompanies an election count is missing as the count prceeds under Covid guidelines.
