COUNTING has started at Newton Abbot Racecourse with the first full ballot box arriving from Newton Abbot’s Albany Surgery.

A total of 91 ballot boxes, from Teignbridge, are going to be counted throughout the evening and into the small hours of Friday morning.

Teignbridge is expected to get its outcome at around 4.30am tomorrow morning.
