A NEW sea wall to protect the Dawlish railway line, and the use of a redundant underground reservoir as a holiday cottage are among the planning applications that have been made this week.

Also plans have gone in for 20 business units at Ipplepen and 57 homes on land at Hele Park, Newton Abbot.
